WHAT IS BEING ASKED
Submit an implementation computing SHL(x, n) with both operands encrypted. The first slot of the result holds the value.
The fixture used 2^16 slots, multiplicative depth 29, a 59-bit scale modulus and a 60-bit first module, with bootstrapping available and rotation keys for indexes ±1 through ±5.
