WHAT IS BEING ASKED
Submit a ciphertext holding sigmoid(x) for every element of the provided encrypted vector.
The contest ran with two test cases, and the leaderboard scored the average accuracy across both. The second case required at least 90 percent accuracy on its own — a deliberately harder range that punished approximations tuned only to the easy interval near zero.
