Built for the ZK Hack bounty programme: cryptographers voted on which FHE scheme is best — 0 for BFV, 1 for BGV, 2 for CKKS, 3 for TFHE — and the challenge was to compute the metrics of that vote without decrypting any ballot.
Only ZK Hack participants were eligible.
